About Us
Social Money Group consists of several successful fintech businesses including SoMo and Payl8r. We are continuing the expansion of our consumer credit arm, which will allow us to provide retail finance to many new merchants both in-store and online.
Payl8r won Best Retail Finance Provider 2020 at the Consumer Credit Awards and heading towards a goal of being a Unicorn fintech within 5 years. We are looking for a driven individual with a “whatever it takes attitude” who really wants to take control of their own career in an exciting industry.

Salary: £40,000 - £80,000 DOE and uncapped commission

The Role
We now have an exciting opportunity to join Social Money’s Enterprise team. This role operates within our sales function and will be reporting to the Managing Director.
The purpose of this role is to drive Enterprise scale partnerships and develop new and existing relationships with our merchants. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of your own pipeline and earning potential. The role comes with an attractive base salary in addition to a unique uncapped commission structure.
- To be successful in this role you will, have the confidence to build new relationships with both executives and individuals, increase and grow account performance and contribute to the wider business growth. Your role will be essential to taking Social Money to the next level.
- You will be an excellent communicator across all sales channels like email, social, phone etc.
- You will be responsible for communicating finance plans with merchants to drive mutual growth so your entrepreneurial mindset will enable you thrive.
- You will be results driven and solution focused. You will have the ability to present not only yourself but Social Money in the most professional, effective and concise way.
